200g plain flour, 100g butter, 50g castor sugar, 1/2 egg, 10g custard powder, 1 tsp vanilla essence
A:180g walnut, 50g almond, 20g sesame
B: 2 tbsp maltose, 180g chocolate(sweet), 2 tbsp honey
Method for tarts
Put butter and sugar into electric beater and beat till light and fluffy. Add oil egg, plain flour, custard powder and vanilla essence, mix well till a soft dough, set aside 20 minutes.
Devide the dough into small portion, press to fit the tart moulds, scrap- ping of excess with a knife, prick the pastry with folk.
Bake the tart in Cadware Space Oven Wok at 150°C till golden brown.
Method for filling
1. Put all filling ingredients A into Cadware Space Oven Wok grill at 110°C till fragrant, set aside.
2. Boil ingredients B in a double boiler or water pot until melt , set aside.
3. Mix grill nuts together with chocolate mixture, spoon a little to the bake tart shell, chill inside the fridge before serve.
