Dang Gui Chicken
1 whole chicken (cut into pieces)
dang gui slices
*grease proof paper, aluminium foil
2 tbsp dang gui powder
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp ginger juice
1 tsp sesame oil
tsp pepper shaoxing wine
1. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes .
2. Cut the grease proof paper into small size ,wrap in the chicken and dang gui slice .Cover with aluminum foil .
3. Roast the chicken with preheated CW SPACE OVEN WOK at 250°C for 25 minutes or till cooked .
