Grill Mayonaise Chicken Chop


5 chicken legs(debone), 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1⁄2 tsp 3 pepper, 3 tbsp mayonaise, 1 lemon (juice)

Dipping sauce

1 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp mayonaise sauce


1. Marinade chicken legs with oyster sauce, pepper, soy sauce and mayonaise for one hour. 

2. Place the chicken legs on the tray, bake in Cadware Space Oven Wok at 180°C for 15 minutes. 

3. Turn over the chicken continue bake for another 10 minutes till cooked. Serve with dipping sauce.
