Grilled Mussels With Honey


A: 16 pcs mussels, 1 lemon (juice)
B: 5 pig of garlic(chopped), 6 chilli padi 
(chopped), 1 red chilli (chopped)

Sauce ingredients

1. tsp Char siew sauce, 1 tsp seafood sauce, 2 tbsp plum sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil


1.Wash mussels, open and pull out the flesh, discard dirty and vein, rinse and drain.

2.Combine ingredients b together with sauce ingredients, pour on top of mussels.

3.Place all the mussels on the tray of Cadware Space Oven Wok, bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.

4.Sprinkle some lemon juice on top of mus-sels before serve.
