Nuts Spring Roll


A: 200g walnuts(chopped), 60g almond, 50g pumpkin seeds, 20g sesame, 100g raisin

B:1 tbsp butter(dissovled), 2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp lemon juice

C: 15 pcs wan tan skin


Sauce ingredients

1 tsp Char siew sauce, 1 tsp seafood sauce, 2 tbsp plum sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil 



1.Place walnuts, almond, pumpkin seeds and sesame in Cadware Space Oven Wok,

bake at 150°C till fragrant, set aside.

2.Combine ingredients B and raisin together

with nuts mixture become filling.

3.Flatten wan tan skin and spread 1 tbsp of

filling on top, roll up.

4.Place roll on Cadware Space Oven tray,

bake at 120°C till crispy, done.
